Lucy Richardson
Managing Partner

Lucy has 17 years of blue chip marketing experience, 12 years of which were as a consultant at Added Value. For three years she was MD and then CEO of Added Value London. She worked in a broad range of sectors including food, drink, financial services, retail and automotive and B2B. Some of her key clients have included PepsiCo/Walkers, Sainsbury’s, Bacardi, General Motors, Unilever, Coca–Cola, PPP AXA and Zurich. She spent 2 years at Added Value Germany and has worked on many international projects. She specialises in brand positioning and innovation, facilitation and marketing skills training.

Lucy started her marketing career at Diageo, working for 5 years across a range of brands in the UK and in France.

Lucy is a trustee of The Environment Council and is based in London.

Stewart Macintosh
Managing Partner

Stewart has 18 years of blue chip marketing experience, 10 years of which were as a consultant at Added Value. He was a Director of Added Value Germany before taking up the post as Director, then joint MD of Added Value London. He then moved on to work across the European network as Group Director with responsibility for key clients and skills training and development.

His international experience includes working with clients such as P&G, Coca–Cola, Lacoste, Valentino, Beverage Partners Worldwide, SABMiller, Scottish Courage, T–Mobile, Heinz, Shell as well as several pharmaceutical and financial services clients. He specializes in business and brand vision creation, innovation, facilitation and marketing skills training and development.

He started his career in marketing with Unilever where he spent 7 years managing a range of food brands in the UK and internationally. He is based in the heart of Europe near Geneva.
